Elizna Nortje Permanent Makeup provides semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing services including, but not limited to, microblading, powder brows, combination brows, eyeliner tattooing, lip blush, and corrective permanent makeup. All services are performed by qualified professionals at partner aesthetic salons.

3. Appointments & Consultations

By booking an appointment or consultation through our Site:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• You agree to attend your scheduled appointment on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
• You acknowledge that a consultation may be required before certain treatments to assess suitability and discuss expectations.
• You understand that results vary per individual and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from clients who repeatedly fail to honour their appointments.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due at or before the time of service.
• We accept various payment methods as communicated during the booking process.

6. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. Before any treatment:

• You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous cosmetic procedures.
• You must inform us if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any skin conditions in the treatment area.
• We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed medically inadvisable.

7. Aftercare Responsibilities

You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after your treatment. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may compromise your results. We are not liable for unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from improper aftercare, failure to attend recommended touch-up sessions, or undisclosed medical conditions.
